Regular Council meetings are held in Council chambers the 1st, 3rd and 4th Tuesdays of the month. The 1st and 4th start at 6:30 p.m. and the 3rd starts at 1:00 p.m. The 4th meeting is generally reserved for Public Hearings under The Planning Act. The following schedule is subject to change.

DELEGATIONS 

If you would like to attend a meeting as a delegation you are required to register with the administration office 2 weeks prior to the meeting date.
 
Delegates are permitted to speak for fifteen (15) minutes.  Material relating to your delegation must be provided by Thursday of the week prior to the meeting by 4:30 p.m.  Electronic copies are accepted.  If you are unable to provide your information prior to the distribution of the agenda, please bring the material with you and have 8 copies for distribution to Council.
 
All questions or comments shall be made through the Chair.  A person addressing Council or Committee of the Whole shall not utilize profane or offensive words or insulting expressions and shall not impugn the reputation of any individual member.

Applause and other displays of approval or disapproval during Council or Committee of the Whole meetings are considered inappropriate and are discouraged.
