Request for Proposals RM of Springfield MFP Units

Addendum One (1) RM of Springfield MFP Units 

The Rural Municipality of Springfield, Manitoba is requesting proposal submissions from qualified Office Solution/Business Printer vendor to supply the Rural Municipality with 3 (three) leased MFP units to be located at the RM of Springfield’s Administrative Building, Public Works/Water & Waste Dept and Planning Dept all found within the community of Oakbank.

Closing Date and Time: no later than 12:00 (Noon) on the 25^th day of August 2021.

One (1) copy of the RFP proposal and an electronic copy on a flash drive in a sealed envelope must be received at the Springfield Administrative Office,  100 Springfield Centre Drive, R0E 1J0; 

No email submissions will be accepted.
