8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday.

- Payroll
- Accounts payable / receivable
- Financial statement preparation
- Budget preparation and administration
- Cash management and investments
- Capital financing
- Accounting and audit
- Management information systems
Legislative:
- Administers the legislative processes including elections, preparing agendas and minutes for council and committee meetings,
- Maintenance of public records including minutes, by-laws, assessment records, resolutions, etc.
- Administrative support to council
Public Support:
- Responding to inquiries from the public
- Providing forms and applications for municipal and provincial programs
