Zoning By-Law 21-25 - Tracked Changes from First Public Hearing to Second Public Hearing

Alterations shown in RED are those made between October 28th, 2021, (first public hearing) and June 23rd, 2022.

Alterations shown in BLUE are those made between June 23rd, 2022, and the June 25th, 2024, second public hearing.

Map 1 - Springfield Zoning District Map [Part D] includes alterations made to the map [i.e. reflecting Council amendment by-laws under Zoning By-Law 08-01 and Municipal Board orders] between the October 28th, 2021, public hearing and the June 25th, 2024, public hearing [no change to this map since it was included in the public notice for the June 25th, 2024, public hearing].

Map 2 - Livestock Operation Overlay Map [Part D] is unchanged from the October 28th, 2021, public hearing.
