Policing Priorities Survey

The Springfield Police Board is looking to gather community feedback which will help us to determine policing priorities for 2021. The survey was developed by the Board after consulting with partners including Citizens on Patrol, the Springfield Chamber of Commerce, and the municipal Council. Individual responses are anonymous, combined statistics will be used for planning purposes. The survey will close on Saturday, December 5th, 2020.

Manitoba’s Police Services Act (PSA) was enacted on October 8, 2009 replacing the Provincial Police Act. Section 26(1) of the PSA requires every municipality that operates a police service to establish and maintain a police board.
